I am 32 years old and grew up in Ocala, FL. I graduated from Florida School of Massage (FSM) in Summer of 2018 and started my journey of awakening in April 2016.

The base of my practice starts with awareness and connection. We will build from these elements while also being mindful of personal safety & trauma.

The nature of what I do is simply working with fascia or connective tissue. This is the tissue that weaves in between your bones, nerves, & muscles. It is my goal to be patient with your body and allow the fascia to melt as quickly or as slowly as it wants to. The benefits of this practice include:
